PRACTICE ANYWHERE
Synthetic ice not required. All drills are shown on synthetic ice for video quality purposes only. All drills can be completed in a driveway, basement, garage etc.

Our goal is not to shoot as many pucks as possible rapidly. We want to establish great habits and provide the drills needed for you to find success on the ice.
What's Included
Players will follow a structured program in which they will complete lessons over the course of 30 training days. These are not consecutive training days. This program is completed at the players convenience.
Over the course of Shoot Like a Pro, the player will have completed 3000 total structured shots!

TOOLS NEEDED
PUCKS
Players can use stickhandling specific off-ice pucks from local pro shops or regular pucks depending on surface. All of our drills work perfectly off the ice when using the correct stickhandling puck.
TRAINING PROPS
Our training tools are easy to put together after a quick trip to the local hardware store. These at-home training tools have been used by beginners, advanced AAA and professional athletes. Very inexpensive and challenging!
TEAMMATES
Select drills require a partner - this can be completed with another hockey player or adult of any skill level.
